frameLOGIC is an AddSecure brand. The controller of your personal data is AddSecure Group AB (reg. no. 559210-7402) or the AddSecure subsidiary you are in contact with. The list of subsidiaries is available at addsecure.com/data-protection. The company operating this website is identified in our Legal notice.
This page explains what happens to personal data on the frameLOGIC website specifically. It supplements, and does not replace, the AddSecure Group Privacy Policy, which sets out our full legal bases, retention framework and your rights; in case of any discrepancy, the English-language AddSecure Privacy Policy prevails. Cookies and trackers used on this site are described separately in our Cookie policy.
1. What this website does with your data
- Contact and enquiry data (name, company, e-mail, phone, fleet size and anything you write to us): provided when you contact us or request a demo. Sent to our CRM (HubSpot) to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, for marketing.
- Technical and source data recorded with your enquiry: when you submit a
form we also record your IP address, browser type (user agent), the country derived from
your IP, the page you submitted from, the page you first arrived on, the referring source,
how many times you have visited, and campaign parameters from the address bar (UTM tags
and, if you have consented to marketing cookies, advertising click identifiers such as
gclid or fbclid). This tells us where an enquiry came from and protects the form against
abuse. If a HubSpot identifier (
hubspotutk) is present in your browser – it is only ever set after you consent to marketing cookies – it is sent with the enquiry as well, so it can be linked to your visit. - Aggregated, cookieless statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) — these do not identify you as an individual.
- Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot tracking, Google Ads, Meta): set only with your consent. See our Cookie policy for the full list and how to manage your choice.
- Spam protection on the embedded form (Google reCAPTCHA): the contact form hosted by HubSpot loads Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. Loading it sends your IP address and basic browser information to Google, and to HubSpot as the form's host. This is why the embedded form only loads automatically once you have accepted marketing cookies; without that consent it waits for you to click, so nothing reaches Google until you decide. Google acts as a separate controller for this processing.
2. Legal bases
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics and marketing cookies; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for responding to business enquiries, for recording the technical and source data listed above – which lets us see where an enquiry came from and protects the form against automated abuse – and for protecting our legal interests; performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where an enquiry leads to an agreement. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time (see section 5).
3. Recipients and transfers outside the EU/EEA
Enquiry data is disclosed to HubSpot (CRM) and Vercel (website hosting). Recipients specific to cookies and tracking (Google, Meta) are listed in our Cookie policy. We strive to process data primarily within the EU/EEA; where a transfer outside the EU/EEA occurs, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our relationship and up to twenty-four (24) months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention periods for analytics and marketing cookies are listed in our Cookie policy.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, including cookie consent via “Cookie settings” in the page footer. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority can be found via the European Data Protection Board. Full details of these rights are described in the “Your rights” section of the AddSecure Privacy Policy.
6. Security and changes
AddSecure applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and deletion. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be clearly announced on this page.
