In heavy transport, an arrival estimate is more than distance plus traffic. frameLOGIC calculates ETA from the factors that actually govern a truck's day: driver driving and rest limits (solo and crew), refuelling, loading and unloading, customs clearance, and other operational stops. At the planning stage the system checks whether a route is feasible in the promised window, sets the departure from a dynamically updated ETD, and places the required breaks along the way. During execution, live vehicle position, remaining driving time, and current road conditions feed the estimate, so dispatchers track the schedule against reality, give customers a reliable unloading time even on multi-stop orders, and get notified about anomalies instead of hunting for them. After a mid-route swap of vehicle or driver, ETA is recalculated from the moment the new driver takes over the load.

An approved route reaches the driver terminal together with truck-grade navigation and POI points. From that moment the system compares actual progress against plan: a deviation from the assigned corridor raises an alert, and when a corridor is at risk of delay it suggests alternatives, before the delay becomes a fact. Loading, unloading and stop statuses reported from the cab feed back into the estimate, so the customer gets an arrival time that keeps up with reality instead of a promise made when the order was dispatched. The same channel carries document photos and digital proof of delivery, and exceptions such as a vehicle swap, crew driving or a damage report are handled without a call to the dispatch office.

The system controls resource occupancy during each modification and raises alerts when a contractor exceeds its credit limit or a carrier's documents approach expiry.

    The AutoPlanner proposes vehicle-to-load assignments, considering all vehicles and all routes at once. The decision stays with the dispatcher, who approves the result. It weighs approach cost and distance, road tolls, additional procedures, and overheads, checks that pickup is feasible within driver working time, then forecasts the financial result for the whole plan and for each route, so low-profit routes can be rejected before dispatch.
