The digital route card records every trip with a correction parameter, split into total mileage, domestic and foreign kilometres, and loaded versus empty runs. Refuellings and fuel and AdBlue consumption sit alongside: normative consumption calculated with supplements, including an addition for every tonne of cargo carried, and actual consumption derived from tank levels and refuellings or from CAN readings. Costs are assigned to individual routes and orders, so profitability is calculated per job rather than estimated at quarter end. A kilometre report per driver closes the loop, and fuel figures reconcile with fuel monitoring data from the same platform.

How does frameLOGIC calculate Mobility Package minimum wage?
The Mobility Package sets unified rules for driver pay for work performed in EU countries, and the rate depends on the type of transport. The system recognises the trip type, whether transit, bilateral, cross-trade or cabotage, and calculates the minimum wage due in each country. Polish operators can additionally apply the exemption of part of the driver's pay from taxation.

Crew changes in a vehicle, the actual moment a transport starts and ends at loading and unloading, the time and place of every border crossing, the trip type of each leg, and approach runs to loading, including periods when the vehicle was not performing carriage.
