Fleet compliance that runs itself.

frameLOGIC keeps fleet compliance running in the background: automatic remote tachograph download (DDD files), real-time driving and rest time monitoring under EU 561/2006, and driver working-time records ready for settlement and audit. Fewer manual steps, fewer errors, fewer penalties.

What frameLOGIC automates for compliance

  • 01

    Remote tachograph download

Cyclical, automatic downloads of DDD files straight to the platform, aligned with the Mobility Package. That is the basis for on-time tachograph data archiving.

  • 02

    Driving and rest time monitoring

Real-time tracking of driving and rest periods against EU 561/2006, with driver working-time analysis built in.

  • 03

    Border crossings, wages, and per-diems

Automatic registration of border crossings and automatic calculation of wages and per-diems under the local rules introduced by the Mobility Package.

  • 04

    Business and private trip settlement

A precise split between company and private routes supports working-time settlement and tax requirements.

  • 05

    Temperature compliance (HACCP and GDP)

Remote temperature monitoring for food and pharmaceutical transport: full cargo temperature history and automatic alerts when readings breach the norm.

  • 06

    Archiving, reports, and payroll integration

Continuous, secure tachograph data archiving keeps records auditable for the required period. Real-time compliance reports flag violations immediately, and integration with payroll and accounting systems closes the settlement loop.

What this looks like in the system

Vehicle and driver activity report: driving, work, breaks and availability.

Vehicle work report showing summary statistics for drive time, idle time, vehicle work, break time, and availability from May 13 to July 23, 2025. Below are three timeline charts displaying hourly activity patterns for different vehicles on specific dates, with color-coded bars representing different vehicle states and external device operations such as bin filter, rear compactor unit, hopper gate, pump, and lack of power.
FAQ

Fleet compliance – common questions

  • 01

How does remote tachograph download work?

frameLOGIC downloads DDD files automatically and cyclically, straight to the platform, in line with the Mobility Package. Downloads run without recalling vehicles to base, and every file lands in the archive on time.

  • 02

Does the system monitor driving and rest time under EU 561/2006?

Yes. Driving and rest periods are monitored in real time against EU 561/2006, with driver working-time analysis on top. Real-time compliance reports let you react to a violation immediately, not at the end of the month.

  • 03

Can the system settle pay for cross-border work?

Border crossings are registered automatically, and wages and per-diems are calculated under the local rules introduced by the Mobility Package. Integration with payroll and accounting systems carries the numbers through to settlement.

  • 04

    Does it cover temperature-controlled transport?

Yes. For food and pharmaceutical loads, frameLOGIC records the full cargo temperature history and sends automatic alerts when readings breach HACCP or GDP norms. The documentation those standards require is collected as a by-product of the transport itself.

  • 05

Does compliance also cover e-TOLL and SENT GEO?

Yes. A separate obligation from the tachograph, handled on the same platform. Vehicle position is sent to the Polish e-TOLL system, which automates road-toll charging; you choose between an OBU or a ZSL unit. When sensitive goods are carried, location data goes to the PUESC platform as SENT GEO requires. The difference between OBU and ZSL is explained on the e-TOLL and SENT GEO page.
