Every journey feeds the algorithm: speeding, harsh manoeuvres, braking and acceleration are scored and weighted into a single driver ranking. You choose the parameters, their weights and the norms yourself, so a distribution fleet isn't scored like long-haul. The ranking is the basis for a conversation with drivers and for contests rewarding the best. A position in the table is a starting point, not a verdict. All results can be exported for further analysis and set against records from other systems, including fuel monitoring.
