Driver app
Drivers see how much working time they have left, receive tasks, send photos and documents, and navigation guides them along routes suitable for trucks.

Handover inspection
When a vehicle or trailer changes hands, the driver takes photos and marks damage in the app. If damage turns up, you know who had the vehicle and what state it came back in.

Trailers, machinery and equipment
Trailers pair with tractor units on their own, machines have an engine-hour counter, and even equipment without its own tracking unit has a record and inspection dates in the system. You know what is where and what is working.

How does an FMS differ from a TMS?
The FMS looks after vehicles and drivers: where they are, how much fuel they use, when they are due for servicing and what they cost. The TMS looks after orders: what you carry, who drives and how much you earn on it. Both run on the same data, so nothing is entered twice.

Do we have to deploy everything at once?
No. You can start with vehicle location and fuel control, then add driver communication, working-time control or eco-driving. Each new module uses the data the system already collects.

What does remote tachograph download give you besides saving time?
Working-time records are always up to date. The planner in the TMS sees who can really still drive, and HR has the data for payroll without copying files by hand.

What does the fleet management platform cover?
Full vehicle and driver records, service management with deadline reminders, electronic route cards, reservations and carpooling, and dozens of analytical reports. Modules such as fuel monitoring, trailer management with smart tractor pairing, dashcams, and tyre pressure control extend the core.
